The Tab4 Checker application allows audits to be carried out extremely quickly, simply and accurately:

For each checklist question you can attach PDF, video, images. Audits can be planned and the inspection schedule is always available to auditors.

The inspector, having identified the appropriate checklist also via QR Code, during compilation can add signatures, pdfs, photographs, notes and highlight detected criticisms, also specifying the root cause. The auditor checks in real time whether anomalies from the previous inspection have been resolved.

Once the verification is done, the App generates the report in PDF format that is sent to the nominees and the inspector can immediately define the action plan.

The list of interventions and priorities is distributed by email to those responsible for managing the anomaly.

Each employee, who displays only the items assigned to him, reports the completion of his tasks and the system tracks item closure.

The inspection report is stored in real time and the dashboard displays the most important data. All data can be filtered by areas, dates, groups, checklists, inspection points, etc...
